Who we are: Flatirons Practice Management, LLC, is located in Boulder Colorado. It is a locally owned and privately operated billing company. FPM has been serving health care professionals in Colorado for ten years. Our mission is to exceed our client's expectations of our contributions to the productivity, improved cash flow, and the overall growth of their practices through the provision of our practice management consulting services that are of the highest quality and expertise available in today's healthcare industry. We want your business and, most of all, rely on your references when seeking new business FPM is innovative in practice management software and data storage solutions. We use ebridge-solutions.com as our Electronic Medical Records source and can help you become more efficient in your storage needs by partnering with you and Ebridge- solutions. We have been members of the HBMA since 1999. FPM has a Certified Medicare Coder on staff to help with all your coding needs. FPM also keeps current on all medical billing trends, and we inform our clients often before they go into effect. We have copies of all the current coding manuals and RVRBS software to help our clients make correct decisions regarding their claims and fees. FPM is in full compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements, and we maintain and enforce our own Compliance Program patterned after the OIG model for third party billing companies. Report: FPM offers comprehensive practice management on a page, along with individual provider reports, including the current aging, payments and referral reports. These are provided each month. Special reports are handled on a requested and as needed basis. Account Management: FPM's customer service level is second to none. At FPM our phones are live from 8am to 5pm. Should any patient have any questions regarding their account, all they have to do is call FPM and the friendly staff member will be able to help them with their questions. Each
office is assigned a Patient Account Representative (PAR) who works closely
with each clinic to maximize collections. Each PAR will follow up on all
unpaid claims, and follow up with patients using FPM’s pre-collection
guidelines. |
