FPM bills your patients monthly, or more frequently if desired, sending escalation letters and making phone calls when appropriate. FPM covers all costs including statements, envelopes, postage, etc. We also handle all patient phone calls and inquiries regarding statements, EOBs, and balances due – even providing a toll-free number for your long-distance patients.
