Reporting and Data Analysis

FPM documents all payment information in deposit reports and forwards them to you via your choice of email or fax each day or as appropriate. Each month, we prepare a comprehensive monthly practice management report for you that summarizes all of the relevant financial data that you need to manage your practice and your personnel. Our report includes all supporting detail along with key charts and graphs. In addition, we provide data analyses as requested including, but not limited to, fee schedule reviews, market comparisons, projected reimbursement and payor mix analyses.

FPM also monitors regulatory issues, payor trends, and legal developments including HIPAA, Medicare, and electronic health records and provide updates and education to our clients at no additional cost.
